How I can register on MX Pro?

I forgot my password - What should I do now?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset. Click on login and check on “forget your password?”.

How I can change my password?

Log in to your account settings Preferences at the top right of the screen, where the user name appears. Select Change password and follow the instructions.

Will my account be deleted after a certain period of inactivity?

No accounts to be deleted automatically. Your account will remain always accessible while the contracted time period in your subscription remains active.

How I can renew my subscription?

Log in to your account settings Preferences at the top right of the screen, where the user name appears. Select Renew subscription on the My Products section and follow the instructions.

How can I test MX Pro?

He is not planned a free trial version, as we consider that existing subscription for 1 month and at a reasonably priced, this is not necessary.

However, if you think anyway you need to perform a test at lower cost, please, send us an e-mail justifying why, and the possibility of sending a discount code will be studied, for a determined period.

Log in to your account settings Preferences at the top right of the screen, where the user name appears. At My Products section you can see the end date of your current subscription.

How I can request the bill of my subscription?

Log in to your account settings Preferences at the top right of the screen, where the user name appears. Select in My Products section Ask for invoice. There should be prefilled billing data in My Invoice Data.

How I can change the language in the application?

Mark on the flag in the upper right side of the screen, where it appears you can see the available languages. Select the language you want.

How I can update the version of the application?

As a Saas software versions are updated automatically. You can check the version number in the footer of the application.
